*List possible causes and their mitigations, e.g.*

**One possible cause**: Try doing X. If it fails, it means that there is a problem with Y. This can be fixed by doing the following:

1. Restart the Z service.
2. Update configuration on host 1 and 2.
3. Check to see if X works again. If it does not, try getting help.
